What to Do

San Antonio is a blend of its unique heritage through a mix of Native American, Spanish and the Wild West. There is not a huge amount of time to explore but here are some places you might want to visit for some art and culture.

The Alamo // Downtown

The McNay Art Museum // Alamo Heights
Spanish Colonial Revival home turned gorgeous museum and grounds. It is a 10 minute Taxi but worthwhile. A good time to visit would be before or after the Poolside Lunch on Friday as it is in the same neighborhood–Alamo Heights.

Blue Star // Southtown
Drink beer, explore the art, rent bikes and tour the San Antonio river and surrounding area.
