Festivities

Thursday, 24th October

Event:  Bienvenidos Texas Party
Time: 7pm - 11pm
Venue: Gruene Hall, Gruene, TX
Attire: Cowboys and Senoritas
The venue, the oldest dance hall in Texas, is a 30-minute drive from the downtown hotels.
Buses will be leaving the hotels at 6.15 pm and returning throughout the evening. 

Friday, 25th October

Event:   Poolside Luncheon
Party Time:    1 pm
Venue: San Antonio Country Club
Attire: Casual attire, hats, and swimsuits if weather permits.
Kindly hosted by friends of the Baxters. More details to come. 

Event:  Rehearsal Dinner (Wedding Party)
Time:    7.30 pm
Venue: La Fonda On Main
For those not in the wedding party we suggest grabbing some friends
and trying out some of the local restaurants. Reservations suggested.

Event:  Rehearsal Dinner After Party
Time:    10pm onwards
Venue: TBD
A little more dancing before the big day.

Saturday, 26th October

Event:  The Wedding Celebration
Time:    5pm to 12am
Venue: The Argyle
Attire: Formal (see here for more)

Event:  More Dancing
Time:   Midnight to 2am
Venue:  The Argyle
Attire:   Less Formal

Sunday, 27th October

We presume there will be informal goodbyes at Ocho in the Havana Hotel
for those who want to swing by for cuban coffees, mimosas, and brunch.
