GETTING TO SAN ANTONIO

There are a limited number of direct flights into SAT (from NYC, LA). Connections in Dallas, Houston or Chicago are a good option and likely needed for those coming from further afield. People coming from overseas might check out kayak.com or hipmonk.com to see if there are internal flights that work with your long haul flight.

An alternative airport, Austin (AUS), is an hour drive from San Antonio, and this might suit those visiting Texas for a slightly longer time. Houston is a 3 to 4 hour drive, but the highway is a little monotonous so we recommend a flight.

GETTING AROUND SAN ANTONIO

The airport is an easy taxi ride from the center of town. Transport will be provided for the main events of the wedding and much of the downtown area is walkable.

TRANSPORTATION TO EVENTS

Buses will leave from The Havana, The Mokara and The Omni La Mansion. Thursday night to Gruene Hall, there will be buses from the San Antonio Country Club for the locals as well.
